The results of our customer satisfaction survey are in. Senior Service Delivery Manager, Nicola Dickinson gives a snapshot of the results. This month, we’re looking at what applicants had to say.

Our researchers have spoken to over 2000 people – both employers and applicants – and the feedback is helping us shape the NHS Jobs service and better meet your needs.

The survey helps us understand user profiles, how applicants use NHS Jobs, satisfaction ratings and what employers and applicants need from NHS Jobs both now and in the future.

To ensure we continue to enhance the service, we plan to issue a customer satisfaction survey twice a year with a mini survey released in the months in-between.
